This policy applies to the Yiyide WeChat Mini Program, website, and related services provided by Haikou Longhua Weire Network Technology Studio (海口龙华微惹网络科技工作室) (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Information we process
Account and contact information
Depending on how you sign in, we may process an account identifier. You may optionally provide an email address to receive translated-file links, service notices, or support replies.
Files and translation information
When you select a document, we process its contents, file name, page count, size, target language, layout options, previews, and translated output to provide the service. We do not read other files on your device.
Purchase and subscription information
Apple App Store or Google Play collects payment for one-time purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat helps us validate receipts, identify products, synchronize purchase history, refunds, and subscription status, and grant the corresponding entitlements. We do not receive your full payment card number from these services. If an account identifier is linked to purchase records, we use that link only to restore purchases, synchronize entitlements, provide support, and prevent fraud.
Operations and support information
To recover interrupted tasks and investigate problems, we may process task status, error type, device and app version, request time, and necessary security logs. If you contact support, we also process the description and attachments you provide.
2. How we use information
- Create previews, quotes, translated files, and download links.
- Identify scanned pages, preserve layout where possible, and recover interrupted tasks.
- Validate purchases, restore entitlements, and process cancellation and refund status.
- Send task notices you choose to receive and reply to support requests.
- Prevent abuse, protect accounts and the service, and meet legal obligations.
Your files are not used to train general-purpose AI models or build advertising profiles.
3. Service providers
We may send necessary information to providers of cloud storage, document parsing, OCR, machine translation, email delivery, and customer support. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may process purchase and subscription status. Each provider processes information only as needed for its function and under its own terms and privacy policy.
If a provider is located outside your country or region, we will use the contracts, notices, and safeguards required by applicable law. Before launch, this section must list the actual providers and final deployment regions.
4. Retention and deletion
- Incomplete uploads are normally deleted after 24 hours.
- About 72 hours after the final translation is completed, the original, preview, and translated files enter automatic cleanup.
- An optional email address is removed from the task record after the translated-file link is sent, or no later than file cleanup if delivery fails.
- Purchase, refund, fraud-prevention, and necessary accounting records are retained as required by law and dispute handling needs.
- Support records are retained only as long as needed after an issue is resolved.
You may also request early deletion of files or your account through the support page. Transaction and security records required by law may not be deleted immediately.
5. Your choices and rights
Where applicable law provides, you may request access to, correction, a copy, or deletion of your personal information; withdraw consent; close your account; or object to processing. You may decline to provide an optional email address, but you will not receive translated-file links by email. You can manage system notification permissions in your device settings.
6. Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, expiring download links, limited logging, and automatic cleanup. No internet service is completely secure. If we discover a security incident that affects your rights, we will respond and provide notice as required by applicable law.
7. Children
Yiyide does not knowingly offer paid services directly to children below the age set by applicable law. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information without authorization should contact us.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when features, providers, or legal requirements change. We will provide notice through the app or another appropriate method. We will request renewed consent for material changes when applicable law requires it.
