These terms form an agreement between you and Haikou Longhua Weire Network Technology Studio (海口龙华微惹网络科技工作室) for use of the Yiyide WeChat Mini Program, website, and related services. By selecting “Agree,” registering, or using the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and the privacy policy.
1. Service
Yiyide provides document upload, preview, usage quotes, machine translation, layout processing, task recovery, notifications, and time-limited downloads. Current in-app information governs supported file sizes, page counts, languages, formats, and features.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate, lawful, and valid account information and protect your device and account. You may not sell, lend, or transfer an account or paid entitlement. Minors must use the service with a parent or guardian’s consent and guidance.
3. Files and content responsibilities
You confirm that you have the right to upload, process, and translate each selected file. You may not upload unlawful content, malware, or material that infringes another person’s intellectual property, trade secrets, privacy, or other legal rights. You are responsible for your content and use of the service as required by law.
You retain your rights in the original file. You grant us a limited license to process it only as needed to provide, protect, and improve this service. This license does not allow us to use your files to train general-purpose AI models or for advertising.
4. Translation results
Machine translation may contain omissions, ambiguity, layout differences, or recognition errors. For medical, legal, financial, safety, publishing, or other high-risk uses, have a qualified professional review the result. Do not rely on machine translation alone for important decisions.
5. Paid entitlements
The purchase page and the applicable store confirmation screen govern one-time purchases, subscriptions, translation credits, member benefits, trials, prices, and validity periods. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and purchase restoration are also subject to the purchase and subscription terms and the rules of Apple App Store or Google Play.
Translation credits may only be used for Yiyide service usage. They are not currency and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or used with another service. If a task is not successfully delivered, reserved credits are returned under the in-app rules. A credit return is not a cash refund.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Bypassing access controls, disrupting the service, bulk scraping, or attacking system security.
- Abusing trials, refunds, or promotions; falsifying orders; or reselling entitlements.
- Using automation to create unreasonable load or copying or modifying service software without authorization.
- Using the service for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful activity.
7. Service changes and interruptions
We may suspend features for maintenance, security, provider outages, force majeure events, or product changes. For accepted and paid tasks, we will make reasonable efforts to recover or rerun the task or return unused entitlements under the applicable rules. We will provide appropriate advance notice of material changes to paid-service rules.
8. Intellectual property
The Yiyide software, interface, brand, documentation, and service content are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Unless the law permits it or we provide written authorization, you may not copy, rent, sell, reverse engineer, or create a derivative service.
9. Limits of responsibility
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, but do not guarantee that every translation will be completely accurate, every layout will be identical, or the service will always be available. No limitation in these terms excludes consumer rights, liability for personal injury, or liability for intentional conduct or gross negligence where applicable law does not permit that exclusion.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may lawfully restrict or terminate service for fraud, attacks, unlawful conduct, or a material breach, and will provide an appeal process where applicable. Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose before termination.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). The parties should first try to resolve a dispute informally. If that fails, the dispute will be submitted to a people’s court with jurisdiction at the defendant’s domicile. This section does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
